Jenny Moody Properties are seeking a full time site labourer. Working Monday - Friday from 8am-4:30pm.
Job Role: Cleaning building sites of left over materials, cleaning new build homes, maintaining the gardens of our new build homes, lifting furniture/building materials and much more.
This job role would suit someone with a positive attitude who has a strong attention to detail. It is a friendly working environment where everyday is different, be it at different building sites or maintaining our beautiful offices which are converted barns surrounded by gardens. Our current building projects include; Lawford, Bannister Green and Wickford.
The successful candidate will be able to stick to a schedule and use their own initiative along with impeccable time keeping skills.
There is a company van that you will drive when you arrive at the office each day. So you only need to use your own vehicle to commute to and from the office. The office postcode is CM9 6GH, please make sure you are happy to commute to and from this address before applying.

Salary is £26,000 PA
20 days annual leave per year + bank holidays
You have the option to join into the company pension scheme.
