Transform Landscapes is an award-winning professional landscaping and tree-care company based on the Surrey/Hampshire border. We work in a variety of different gardens, large and small, with many different aspects. Despite modernization coming into play with composite materials and other technologies, the key aspect of any garden remains to be the planting. With this in mind, we are looking for an individual with a passion for plants and planting to further strengthen our team.
We have our own design team and work with multiple distinguished garden designers from across the industry, on projects ranging from terraced gardens to large estates. These projects require the establishment and manage of many hundreds of plants, thus we require an individual who is motivated with a strong horticultural knowledge and passion to work on these projects.
Garden design or horticulturally based qualifications would be desired, although the proven ability and knowledge of plants to produce beautiful borders and planting schemes is essential and of utmost importance within this role. This is favoured alongside great client facing skills and ideally a physical planting ability.
You will have the opportunity to work in many different horticultural situations, with a strong team behind you. As well as our Construction department, you will also be working alongside our three garden maintenance teams, and will be asked to lead on garden maintenance during periods of annual leave or sickness.

Drivers Licence (essential)
Horticultural, planting or garden maintenance experience
Garden design or Horticultural qualification (Preferred)
The ability to communicate well with clients and your peers within the company
