Job Summary:
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for receiving and storing shipments at our warehouse facility. This individual will be responsible for following all safety regulations in receiving and storing shipments. This individual will also be responsible for general warehouse duties such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining warehouse areas. This position offers a good opportunity for growth within the company.
Essential Duties:
·Unloading incoming trucks and removing outgoing trucks from the loading area
·Unloading outgoing trucks from the delivery area
·Moving boxes and materials to designated storage areas
·Performing general warehouse duties such as filing, inventory management, and maintenance of equipment storage areas
·Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
·Operating hand tools or equipment such as a pallet jack or forklift to move boxes or materials
·Performing physical labor to move boxes or materials to designated storage areas
·Operating equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack to move boxes or materials
·Maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment in accordance with company guidelines
There could be a great opportunity working in a warehouse in Liverpool area that may involve shift work, including mornings/days and nights, in the very near future, for the lucky applicants.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
