The Role
An energetic and diligent worker is required, with a good eye for detail to ensure excellent standards of cleanliness in guest bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas of the hotel. You will supervise the team and support the Head Housekeeper in delivering, best in class, service to our guests.
- Oversee housekeepers
- Check all rooms prior to guest arrival to ensure standards are in place
- Changing bed linen daily in all guest bedrooms when required
- Cleaning guest bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas, when required
- Ensuring all corridors are clean and tidy and any dirty linen is returned to the laundry before the end of the shift
- Daily working patterns vary on a rota basis, 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
Requirements
- Good attention to detail
- Enthusiastic about cleaning and presentation
- Methodical in working routines
- Availability to complete some early evening shifts on a rota basis
- Weekend working is required as part of this role
